Kato Kaiun was found in 1877, located at Kobe, Japan. We have developed up to now under the customer support. We’ ve established KATO KAIUN (THAILAND) CO., LTD. in May 2016, to improve and enhance our activities in Thailand. The recent logistics industry is remarkable, company corresponding to the logistics innovation, we are committed to streamlining and modernization.
We will continue to evolve and keep the policy of “Customer first” what is most advantageous to the customer. And understand what are the customer wants the most, more secure and efforts to fulfill the mission of more reliable transportation.

| 1937 June | Renamed Kato Kaiun Co., Ltd. (the current company name). Established Onomichi branch. |
| 1938 | Warehouse construction in Hiroshima City, start of the commercial warehouse industry. Established Osaka branch. |
| 1948 | Established Fukuyama branch and Kitakyushu Branch. Set up branch offices at Kure city and Matsuyama city. |
| 1949 | Hanshin Takamatsu business separate to Kato Kisen Co., Ltd. |
| 1960 November | Established Sanyo Milk Co., Ltd. (currently Sanyou – Cold Co., Ltd.) |
| 1964 February | Established Tokyo branch. Founded Kato Konpo Co., Ltd. |
| 1966 | Acquires Sumita Transportation Co., Ltd. in Kobe, advanced to the marine cargo handling industry |
